The Day
What time should I arrive?+

Welcome drinks begin at 2:00pm, and we'd love for you to join us from then. The ceremony begins promptly at 3:00pm, so please aim to be seated by 2:45pm at the latest.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?+

We're hoping to hold the ceremony outdoors — fingers crossed for September sunshine! We'd recommend having a layer to hand just in case, as the Cotswolds can surprise you.

What time does the evening finish?+

Carriages are at 1:00am. The evening reception begins at 8:00pm, so there's plenty of time to celebrate with us well into the night!

Do I need cash for the bar?+

Absolutely not, all food and drink is on The Cullens. Wayhey!

Can I take photographs?+

We welcome photography throughout the day, capture all the memories! However, please be mindful of our professional photographers during the ceremony. We also ask that you hold off posting any images of the bride and groom on social media until we have shared ourselves. Thank you so much!

Getting There
Is there parking at the venue?+

Yes — there is plenty of free parking available on site at Hyll Hotel. The postcode GL55 6NS will take you straight there. Look out for signs to Hyll Hotel, formerly known as Charingworth Manor.

How do I get there by train?+

The nearest station is Moreton-in-Marsh, approximately 15 minutes from the hotel by taxi. Direct trains run from London Paddington with a journey time of around 1 hour 30 minutes. We recommend booking in advance.

Can you recommend a local taxi?+

Of course! A few local options we recommend booking in advance: Moreton Cars on 07786 248147, Moreton-in-Marsh Taxi4u on 07565 521833, and A2B Cotswold Travel on 07949 270340.

Everything Else
Do I have a plus one?+

We are keeping our day intimate, and the guest list is limited to those named on the invitation. We hope you understand and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring my children?+

We adore your little ones, but we've chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone the chance to truly relax and enjoy the day with us.

Do you have a gift list?+

Your presence is truly the most important thing to us. If you'd like to give a gift, a contribution towards our honeymoon fund would be gratefully received — details can be found on the Details page.

When do I need to RSVP by?+

Please RSVP by Friday, 31st July 2026. Head to the RSVP page to let us know you're coming, your room preference, dietary requirements, and your song request — we're taking dancefloor suggestions very seriously.
